Karate Quiz is a quiz on karate terminology — stances, strikes, blocks, kicks and grades — in English and Portuguese.
Pick a difficulty on the main screen. Each game is 20 questions, with 20 seconds to answer each one from four options. Your score combines how many you got right with how quickly you finished, and is shown out of 100 with a star rating at the end.
Answer all 20 questions correctly on Easy, Medium and Hard. Once all three are perfect, Extreme unlocks automatically.
Tap the flag at the bottom right of the main screen to switch between English and Portuguese. Both the interface and the questions change.
Tap the speaker icon at the bottom left of the main screen.
There is no reset button in the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling clears everything, including the Extreme unlock.
No. The app works entirely offline and never connects to anything.
Karate terminology varies between styles and schools. If you think an answer is wrong, email the question and what you believe the correct answer should be, and it will be reviewed.
